I made some changes and cleaned it up a bit.

HDA As Part Time Server

looks OK. The only thing is that if they open a terminal on the HDA as root user vs SSH (mine is headless), I guess we can remove sudo in the command, right?

Yes and so is Amahi 7.

The open a terminal as root wiki page also covers SSH. If you do sudo as root, it will not affect anything.
