router is NOT accessible from client computer

Having issues getting setup. was able to view the dashboard while the router was handing the DHCP once i turned it off I lost access to the dashboard. I also lost internet access over the wireless but not hardwired. I got stopped at step 11 in the interactive network trouble shooter. I am running two wireless router on my network I have a D Link DIR-632(primary) and a westell A90 dsl router(set up as an access point only) On my hardwired computer(windows vista) I can see and access the HDA through the network folder but no dashboard.

Check clients to ensure they are receiving DHCP aand DNS from the HDA.
