impossible to connect via putty

hello, im having a problem to acces shh. im new to linux and everithing seems complicated but im getting to it

i install amahi 7 via expreess cd and have been using it fairly good.

The problem is that i cant connect via ssh (putty)

im using the hda "HDA IP Address" that i get at the https://www.amahi.org/users control pannel
but when trying to connect i get an error: "Network error: connection timed out"

i tried to ping on my windows 7 via cmd to the ip adress and had no response... i disable my firewall and still have no response
the problem is to access via putty (is the only method i tried)... i can access the hda folder from windows with no problem.

any hint on how to solved it?

The IP address should be the one to your server that you identified when you built the HDA profile on amahi.org.

Can you access the dashboard via the web browser? For example, http://192.168.1.50.
