Installing linux apps

It is possible to install casual linux (fedora) apps and use it in ahami?
ZOTAC ZBOX SD-ID18 (amahi7 & fedora19)

Yes. Most web apps can be manually installed. Keep in mind this is a headless server so apps that require a desktop won't work unless you install a desktop or the Amahi VNC app.
