Video streaming

Postby Gagaman » Thu Apr 26, 2012 1:07 am

Hi! I successfully installed Amahi today in a VM, DHCP & DNS servers aswell :)

The main reason I want a HDA is not just video storage, but video streaming. And yet all free streaming apps (Ampacha, Jinzora) won't stream a simple .avi, they look more intended towards music.
Is there any free app that would stream video files to a browser?

Probably not. The best streaming apps we have are DLNA and MediaTomb. They both probably have convenience fees, but they are small.
