Amahi server not giving out IP's (DHCP)

Forgive me for my lack of experience in this matter but I have attempted to trouble shoot every way I know possible. First and for most I have an airport extreme which I understand can be a problem. I have also run through the network troubleshooter and get stopped on step 9 every time. I get the DHCP turned off on the router(Only allow it to assign one IP to the MAC address matching my amahi box) but when I release and renew on a client machine. It can never seem to get an IP from the amahi server. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have the DNS server IP pointed at the amahi box as well. Any ideas on what might be the problem?

PS. If I leave the DHCP on the router it does allow me to get to my web apps

I have. I get stopped on step nine. There is nothing to post because my client pc's can't reach the amahi box or the internet. I type in the information and nothing comes back. I can't get past renewing my lease once I lock the DHCP down to amahi's IP address.
