Can I use Amahi wirelessly?

Hello everyone, Linux, Amahi, and server newbie here. Just have (what I think might be) a simple question. Can I set up an Amahi server without wires? I currently have an old laptop that I don't do anything with, so I thought I might try to set up a home server so that my family can share files through it easily. I have this spare computer, however I do not have an extra ethernet cable, and I don't want to have to buy one if there is a work-around.

Basically, can I connect an Amahi server to my wireless router without an ethernet cable? How would I do this? Explain in as much detail you can, I know almost nothing about Linux or servers.

Well, the pain involved in setting up things wirelessly for a newbie is way too much than getting a simple ethernet cable!
