Just installed, cannot log in to Amahi

Complete Linux newbie here, sorry, but I shouldn't be completely hopeless as I'm a Mac user and know my way around fairly well. I know Mac's Unix isn't Linux and vice-versa, but it's a start. Got into Amahi when Microsoft announced they were dropping Drive Extender and I started looking for alternatives. Got my Fedora 12 install last night, created my user account, and went through the Amahi install steps. My low-end DSL connection was running slow so I let it go over night, and in the morning I saw the congrats screen and rebooted. I logged back in to Fedora, clicked the link to the Amahi HDA Dashboard, entered the same credentials I used to log in to Fedora... and nothing. I've tried logging out and back in to Fedora via the Full Name (my First name, Middle initial, and Last name separated by spaces) and Short Name, neither seems to work in Amahi. Saw the FAQ about case sensitivity and have tried several combinations. Help...? Any ideas appreciated.

Wonder if you have the latest Amahi release. Can you SSH into your box? If so, we please do this as root user:

rpm -q hda-platform

That should tell us the version. If you don't have the latest, please see http://forums.amahi.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2196.
