I think the Amahi pro version needs raid module. Here a screenshot of Clarkconnect raid web interface.

I experiment a little bit with ClarkConnect. If you want to have working software-raid under ClarkConnect you have to set this up manually during the install of ClarkConnect. So this can also be done with Amahi. Whats important i think there must be a option in the fully automated install where you can set this up. If cpg has some time left 
maybe he can make a tab under storage where the software-raid partitions are monitored.
