Hi,

I'm pleased to announce new versions of Amahi Energy Saver and AES windows client. Apart from bug fixes, some features have been added:

Amahi Energy Saver 0.3.4
============================
- Now integrated with Amahi Calendar, making it possible to define wake periods with your favourite calendar client. It's now also possible to have reoccuring wake periods, use the calendar client functions to define them. Make sure to read the wiki about using this feature, see section Integration with Amahi Calendar (http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Amahi_Energy_Saver) The screenshots show how to configure Amahi and Sunbird as an example client
- AES checks regularly if the system can be suspended/shut down. It's now possible to change the that value

AES Windows Client 0.9.0.46
============================
- New configuration dialog, which automatically searched for your HDA
- Now installs for *all users* per default

What's next
============================
- An easier way to configure and control AES (maybe a web app), as a complement to the existing command line interface
- Beta version

Please report bugs. Enjoy!

Hi,

we had some thoughts about a logo for Amahi Energy Saver. It should clearly refer to Amahi and at the same time show the environmental / energy saving aspect.

for me the first logo is the most appealing! Great work!

Hey, those are nice. I'm not sure I have a favorite.

I would like to point out that #4 looks like it combines the CrashPlan logo with Amahi's.

Keep up the good work!

lapinoid, radioz, thanks for your comments.

I checked the Crash Plan page, indeed there is some resemblance with the fourth logo... I guess mainly because Crash Plan uses a lot of green color, too.....

Keep those comments coming!

I like the first and the third options the most.
