App: nessus security scanner?

free for home use.....

allow it to run once a week to see you network vunerabilities etc
easy to setup using an rpm but you do have to register for a home use code which is only one click.
also has a free iphone app which works well to show rerports and start stop scans etc. very good app.

done....
it's running quite nicely on my amahi at the moment.
you can compare previous scans, have multiple users with private/public scans, limit scan types per user etc
and the iphone app works a treat!

Awesome. Can you document the steps to make this work with Amahi? Even better idea is would you be able to package this or help package this as an app?

Cool...the first step is to do a manual install and document all the steps. Then once complete and its working, we can take that and make the app.
I would recommend you use a VM if you don't have access to a test machine. If you want to build the app yourself, let me know and I can give ya some tips. Otherwise, post the steps in the wiki or email them to support, we can then work it.
