IPTraf

This app, http://iptraf.seul.org/ , IPTraf monitors every kind of packed on the machine it runs on. Visit the website for its abilities but this is a great way to monitor network and IP traffic, for those of us that wanna have some sense or control of how much bandwidth we're using, considering so many ISPs limit bandwidth.

Sounds interesting. Would you mind submitting this through the app suggestion link on amahi.org? We track them in a database.

You might try vnStat (http://www.amahi.org/apps/vnstat).
