I can appreciate your frustration.
Unsure what the cause could be for the issue. There are so many variables that could lead to the root cause.
Most users don't have issues. However when they do, it's usually something simple.
Linux is quite a different animal and often causes many headaches. If you would still like to resolve this issue, recommend you submit a bug report. This will get our developer involved who may be able to quickly resolve your issue.
