The primary GPT table is corrupt, but the backup appears OK

My HDA runs Fedora 21 and Amahi 8. The machine has a 240GB Crucial SSD with the OS and four 5 TB hard drives in a RAID5 config.

Today, when I ran fdisk -l I saw the following error on multiple drives:
The primary GPT table is corrupt, but the backup appears OK, so that will be used.

I've never seen this message, and it appeared on more than one drive.

fdisk -l:
https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste/x ... r2ArRpZe4A

mdadm status:
https://paste.fedoraproject.org/paste/o ... uOUwQ3-RVQ

I'd like to fix the problem, but I don't want to accidentally blow up my server.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you search the internet for a solution?

Surely this is common and someone has already documented it.

Typically we don't see much of this in these forums.

The opposite, backup is corrupt, primary is OK, is very common and is quickly solved with gparted. But my issue, and the fact that it occured on three different drives of two different types is very unusual.

My RAID5 is too big to backup directly without spending a lot on more storage.

Otherwise, I would just experiment.

Ah, so it's RAID drives.

Well don't see any linkage to #Amahi.

Not sure we can be much help here.
