Not working at all

Hello,
Fedora is not recognizing any command I send it, therefore I can't install anything. I want to completely uninstall it, but I have no OS besides it. Can I do a complete reset?

BTW a little more detail on what you did to this point would help.

Ensure you follow the install instructions precisely.
