CLOSED: Can I use Fedora Server 25?

Postby bryanrood » Mon Jan 23, 2017 11:48 am

Hi,

I'm new to Amahi and don't really know anything about it except it's awesome and I'm "supposed" to be using it, but I know Linux and am wondering if I can use Fedora Server 25?
I also noticed the install page for Amahi just says "Fedora 23" it doesn't say Workstation or Server and I assume they mean server or it is user choice?

Thanks,

Bryan

Sorry but not at this time. Amahi currently is only supported on Fedora 23. We are developing Amahi for Fedora 25 but it is not production ready yet. No estimate as to when it will be released.

The installation page does specify to download only the Fedora 23 Server edition. No other version is supported. Recommend you review Amahi 9 Install page.

Servers are typically headless. Please ensure when you install that you do not deviate from the guidance. This will ensure a successful installation.
