How to get DLNA app to work with the hard drive that doesnt have OS on it

I have DLNA, but it is attached to the small 16 gb usb drive Amahi is installed on and not the 2tb drive i want it on. Any thoughts?

Create a share pointing to the 2TB drive. Then modify the DLNA configuration file to include that share. Should be instructions in the wiki for modifying the configuration.
