I am running Sickbeard/sabnzbd Plus and since I installed it my network is really, really slow. Any ideas on making my network faster?

It is probably slower as you are downloading files. The best way to check is to stop the services for both apps and see if that makes a difference.

I am betting it does. There is nothing installed by those apps that would slow down your network.

I expect it during downloads, but I think i was searching too often, (every 60 minutes for 40 shows) so I changed that. Will see if that helps.

That should help. Easy to tie up bandwidth using SABnzbd.
