Cryptocurrency Mining on Amahi Server

I've been running an Amahi server for quite some time now with pretty much no issues. It is used pretty much exclusively for file backup and streaming to my other PCs and BoxeeBox.

I've recently decided to give coin mining a shot and was considering building a dedicated mining rig as many other people have done, but then I thought maybe I could expand the functionality of my Amahi server.

I would be GPU mining, so I don't think the load from mining would negatively impact the file serving purposes. I searched via google and these forums and haven't really found any information at all. I assume that I could simply install cgminer, or other mining software, install some GPUs and go to town. Does anyone have any experience with this?
