The ability to limit the number of devices that can lease an IP from my server. I know it's not a lot on it's own but it was something that i was taught and just one more step in locking things down a bit.

Understand. Using fixed IPs for devices is one way to accomplish that task. If you are only worried about your own devices, it's simple. Wireless clients should not be an issue since most would be using password encryption.
I am sure this is something that could be potentially modified manually by you if needed. The IP ranges are probably encoded in the DHCP server config file. Check the wiki as their might be some guidance there or possibly here in the forums as well. It's not the best approach, but a viable work around.
