Switch from ubuntu to fedora

I currently have amahi setup in ubuntu but would like to upgrade to amahi 7 when it becomes available. From what I have read, that will be based on fedora. Will that mean that I will have to purchase my one-click apps again?

No, once you purchase an app it's yours for any OS Amahi supports.
