How the heck do you add a subscription, I looked at the FAQ and there is no link or check box in any of the places that it says.

To subscribe to a specific forum, click the “Subscribe forum” link upon entering the forum. To subscribe to a topic, reply to the topic with the subscribe checkbox checked or click the “Subscribe topic” link within the topic itself.

Is this option turned off?

i am looking for something like this myself, so that i receive updates by email (which is what i think this had).

however, as i look, we turned off email in the forum because it has not been set up properly to deliver email, so it would just get stuck in a queue.

i'll turn it on as soon as email delivery can be set.
