After reading the *real* user feedback and fedora issues...

Just a though, and I don't know how feasible this is...

But is it at all possible to come up with our own flavor of linux modified from Fedora, just ready to install and go. (I'm thinking a la linux mint, which is a modified ubuntu or MythBuntu).

I think this may help in getting people to a working version and at least seeing why many of us have grown so accustomed to our hda's :)

Definitely a good idea -- just an issue of bandwidth from the active developers in the community.
There is ALOT in Fedora that need not be installed for Amahi.

But, of course, there is so much to do -- higher on the priority list is moving to F10 (or maybe even F11)
