dutch forum?

should we have a forum area for dutch users?

we have a good following in the NL and some users understandably master duch much better than english ...

somewhat unrelated, our first translation we got was to dutch, which i hope we can incorporate soon after our (impending) move to rails 2.3 for the platform ... looking forward! and also looking forward to the spanish too :)

on the dutch theme, here is a recent article from the NY Times titled Going Dutch
