Moving from WHSv1 to Amahi

I am thinking of moving my Media server from Microsoft WHS v1 to Amahi.
The WHS is becoming very slow, both in terms of doing stuff on the WHS and with the network shares.
Currently my WHS is used for:
1) Data Storage access via a Network share (Video, Audio, Photos, Documents, Software files etc)
2) PC Backups (Automatic backups of machines to the server)
4) Cloud backups (My most important data, Photos and Documents, as sent to MS Live (Skydrive) for offsite backup)
5) DropBox/file syncing (I also have a bunch of files that I share between my home and work PCs using DropBox)
6) uTorrent (a user can click a torrent link on their PC and it is then downloaded and stored by the server)
7) Media Meta Data Handling ( I have a program that monitors my media files and automatically downloads cover art etc)
I access the server from a variety of PCs at home and at work.
Also my Media Center PC uses the server heavily as that is where I store all my media files.
Finally, I want to be able to add media streaming whcih I belive Amahia can do. I want to access this media from my XBox 360 and my PC at Work.
Is this all possible with Amahi?
I think the Backups (PC, Cloud and DropBox) and the Media Meta Data handling are the bits I am most unsure about how to implement on Amahi?
Also What is the best method of structuring the Hard drives?
I am planning on using a small (80GB) IDE drive for the Amahi installation and the Motherboard RAID (4x WD 1TB SATA) for the data?
Any thoughts?
