Be glad to help, but we need more info. Is your hardware new or old? Also, when you installed Fedora 14, did you follow the instructions on the web site?

I installed Amahi last week. Building HDA for client now. The error happens when Amahi starts to install. I even used dban to clean the drive I originally installed Amahi on. Same problem. I even used the same machine with the cleaned harddrive and got the error when Amahi starts to install. Handler says it must be a bug. If I used the same machine with the same harddrive, there has to be a bug at the Amahi installer. Nothing has changed. I deleted my Amahi profile and got a new install number. Same problem at the same time. It has nothing to do with the IPV6 routing or hardware.
Thanks

You realize that with basically no concrete details we cannot help you, right?
Can you capture a screenshot, or an install log.
Who is "Handler"?
If it's a bug, we definitely want to fix it.
Needless to say, we have dozens of people installing every day, and they have no issues that look anywhere like this. We also install on VMs routinely without much issue. Definitely looking at detail is important.
The
installation troubleshooting page has details on logs, etc.

machine motherboard is D525MW(Intel Atom 1.8GHz dual core) with 2g of ram and a 750 GB Western Digital Caviar Green harddrive.
Last line in Bug report: WARNING:nm-dispatcher_action: Invalid connection:'(null)'/connection setting not found' invalid:1.
This happened when Amahi started to install after the repository was changed as per the install instructions. I followed everything to the letter. The first time Amahi was installed I really loved it. It's better than WHS.

That line is a warning, not an error - and it's not clear where this is happening.
We need a bug wizard. Something like:
- Was this with the express CD (obsolete now - as we do not have Amahi 6 express cd yet)
- Was this in the graphical installer?
- In the full DVD?
Near as we can tell, that line is an error in NetworkManager - perhaps the network interface in this system is not well supported?
This does not look like an Amahi issue - but a Fedora issue. We try to handle those if we can, however, this is still way too little info to do a decent debug.

I feel like a complete fool. I was unchecking "Installation Repo". What an idiot!!!!! Installation is currently going fine.
Sorry for taking up your time.

INSTALLATION COMPLETE. Getting updates. Thanks for the help.
Note to moderators on strong language, etc.

I think this does not set a good precent. We try to keep the forums nice such that it makes it easy on the team and the community.
We should probably either immediately tone down or not respond to inflamed language in the future.
So please moderators, let's try to keep it nice and easy on everyone!

Thank you. I will be passing Amahi HDA on to others in the future. Hopefully, I will not have any posts in the forums in the future. If so, I stay on the subject matter and the language will be toned down.
