Thinking of upgrading hardware need some suggestions

Hey guys, I'm currently running 2 boxes: an Amahi server with 4TB (2 x 2TB / 1 x 160GB system drive) with all my movie files, and a FreeNAS box with about 7TB (4 x 1.5TB / 1 x 1TB) with the rest of my data. My Amahi box is running on a newer Atom based board and runs absolutely fantastic and sits in a mini-itx case. My FreeNAS box is my 10+ year old 500MHz P3 and also runs fine, but I have 2 sata controllers on it (pci sata 1) to take care of the hard drives. Here's my situation. I'd like to migrate all the data off my FreeNAS and onto my Amahi box by putting the Atom in a new bigger case and slowly migrating my data and drives onto it. The problem is that the Atom board only has 4 sata II ports and I need another 4, so I need some suggestions on a pci-e sata controller card with 4 ports that will work plug and play in my server. For reference, this is my board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813131653
If this is not possible, I have another thought, which is buying a new computer for it. If I do this, how easy is it to migrate my Amahi install over to it? Would I be able to just pop the system drive into the new box? If I did a fresh install on a new box, how could I migrate all my Amahi settings over without having to redo EVERYTHING? I'd really rather just pop in a new sata card but I'm having problems finding one for a decent price and don't know what will work plug n play with fedora.
I appreciate any help you guys can give me, thanks!
