Power Outage Recovery

Greetings all,
I'm hoping that someone here might be able to assist me in restoring my setup. My neighborhood recently experienced a power outage, which lasted only a few minutes but caused quite a bit of damage. Despite surge protectors, when the power came back on, it fried the PSU in my Amahi server. Luckily I had a twin of the computer that I took an identical PSU from and got it back up and running. It hit a quite a few system errors on the first restart, but running 'sudo fsck' appears to have repaired all the errors since later check showed nothing. All other hardware is working nicely. Despite all of this, I was without internet for a few days since the wireless router was also a problem. Desktops could not connect via ethernet and laptops could not connect wirelessly. For desktops, it was as if it didn't exist. For laptops, the network appeared in the list, but would time out if you tried to connect.
I figured that the router had been corrupted from the power outage. I then did a factory reset of the router but experienced the exact same issues expect that the lock icon indicating a protected network was gone and it showed as an unsecured one. At this point, I gave up hope and assumed that I would need to buy a new router, unplugged everything from it. It sat for a day like that when I decided to give it one more try and to my surprise it worked.
I logged into the router's interface and secured it with WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]. The internet works nicely (as I am on it right now), but the server is no longer managing the connected devices, nor does it show up on the network. Is there anyway to go about fixing this issue?
The router is a Netgear RangeMax WNDR3300 N+G if that is of any help.
Any direction of assistance you can offer would be very much appreciated.
