We have been looking at bug/feature trackers for a little while (sourceforge, lighthouseapp, mantis, ...).
We have looked one that looks nice and easy to use without weird nomenclature and suitable for tracking bugs, features. It also has various other development tools. And the winner is ... Redmine

Please start using it for bugs and feature requests and see how you like it. Suggestions always welcome, of course!
The tracker is also single-sign-on with amahi.org, so you need to be registered there first. Your username and password from amahi.org should just work to get you going.
Known issues with it:
- The system seems to require new users to use their first name and last name, so please bear with us while we figure out whether that part can be removed (we did figure out how to only show ids, not names, though the names are still required).
- The default is for user to show people's emails, however, these cannot be seen from outside. We need to figure how to hide emails by default.
