as stated in the wiki:
Make all usernames created with the Amahi interface be all lowercase to cover for Fedora 12 bug 550732 (believed to be fixed on Fedora 13)

please convert your username to all lowercase (as requested before) and check again.

I found the solution myself.
During copying the public key from puttygenerator to the .ssh/authorized-keys file some of the letters were gone.

Now everything is working.
