Hello,
After a few fixes and improvements, we have a new release of Greyhole for Amahi (i.e. hda-greyhole) in the wild and ready for you. Greyhole updates automatically and version 0.6.24 should be in your HDA shortly.
Thanks Guillaume for the fixes and improvements!
New Greyhole release 0.6.24

My HDA: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz on MSI board, 8GB RAM, 1TBx2+3TBx1
Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
not sure if this is what caused my system to crash. my drive filled within the last day or so. deleting the greyhole logs allowed me to get the system going again.
Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24

Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
not sure but it happened again shortly after i cleared it.
i could see the greyhole log filling up again quite fast so i disabled greyhole.
to be honest, i'm at 84% disk usage and i'm a bit lazy at mo to add another virtual drive lol! (it's on esxi4)

Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
ok, can you file a bug with details?
we really want to chase all issues with greyhole!

Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
it's probably my fault by the way i have the system config'd. however, i did have greyhole enabled for a couple of months with no issues and now it eats my space so something has changed somewhere.
i'll have another look tommorrow. any pointers as to what logs are of interest other than greyhole here?

Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
yeah, the configuration files for gh and samba!
/etc/greyhole.conf and /etc/samba/smb.conf
probably also the output of df and mount. gboudreau may want more, not sure.

Re: New Greyhole release 0.6.24
An excerpt from your /var/log/greyhole.log
I'm guessing if it's getting filled that fast, it would be repeating the same messages over and over, so only the parts thas is repeated should be fine.
