Might consider doing updates. Check the logs in /var/log and /root directories.

With what commands? i executed yum update and i dont have any result... have i add another repos like rpm fusion or another one?

Should not need to do gem update. That may cause more issues. The only updated needed for security come via the OS.

Did you check the install log in /root for errors?
