Can't access amahi dot org control panel for my HDA

Hi,

I installed Amahi several weeks ago and have mostly had a great experience (the install was phenomenally easy, just as promised), just a couple of minor hiccups of the type you'd expect in this sort of project, and easily resolved.

But I currently have 2 problems that I can't resolve and that I think are connected:

One is that amahi dot org seems to have forgotten about my HDA, that is, when I log in, it takes me to the new system creation wizard, and I can't get to the control panel for my HDA.

The second, which I'm guessing is probably connected to the first, is that when I purchase an app, it fails to show up in my "available" list. I've only experienced this once (yesterday when I bought crashplan) but for obvious financial reasons, I'm reluctant to see if this problem is reproducible with other apps, at least until the first problem is sorted out.

I have previously been able to get to my control panel, and I have purchased and installed other apps successfully.

This seems to me to be something that can only be fixed on the Amahi dot org side of the equation, so I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I emailed support and got a quick reply from Carlos:

Looks like the profile was deleted somehow. We try to prevent users from this in every way we can, however, there is some small possibility that it can be done.

Can you send us the output of running:

hda-settings

We will then try to resurrect the system settings for that profile.

I replied that I wasn't sure how to run "hda-settings" and asked for clarification. No reply yet....

Provide the output in the email.
