One Click Install App (Transmission Server)

I have Amahi 9 everithink working ok i need one torrent app so i buy OneClick Install App (Transmission Server) from amahi apps for make easy configuration and when it finish install, then apears to press the link "http://transmission.mylocalnamethat i choose" when i press it doest open the app.
I have istall others apps like "OpenVPN Server" and is working great i was thinking that maybe i should buy utorrent buy i already spend money on this app transmission is your setup not working?
In services of control panel the "Transmission Server" is there but service is stopped i press start and restart nothing happens and already restarted the server.
