PhpRecipeBook Database Entry Issue

I have added the PHPRecipeBook app to my server and found that when I try to enter the ingredients I keep getting a new entry added that is blank. It kicks back null identity error so I tried deleting the blank entry line and the server shows busy icon but when I try to hit submit for the ingredients to be saved they do not save. Thanks for any help.

This may be a browser issue. Recommend you try a different web browser.
I tested the app and it works fine for me.
Have you checked the app software web site? This is likely not an OS/Amahi issue if you continue to have problems.

I've tried it with firefox and microsoft edge and still received errors when trying to enter in the ingredients. I'll grab some screen shots tomorrow and attach to this.

Take a look at the app install log. It's located in
/var/log/amahi-app-installer.log for errors.
Also please provide the URL for the following command:
