Access apps over web via https

Just a note to let people know that I've updated the Secure Web Access https://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Secure_App_Access wiki article to match steps I took to make apps use https for Amahi 7. The original advice did not work properly for me. I borrowed liberally from http://www.server-world.info/en/note?os ... =httpd&f=6, the instructions on this site worked well.
