Greyhole email statistics [RESOLVED]

Postby modem7 » Sun Apr 15, 2012 11:54 am

Hey guys,

I know with Greyhole, you can do greyhole fsck -e and it will give you a report after that is done, but is there any way to get greyhole to do this when it finishes it's midnight run of fsck?

Many thanks!

I would imagine you could change the parameters in Greyhole or where ever it is set to send out weekly reports.

If you look in /etc/cron.weekly you will see greyhole. It is set to do fsck and email a report. You could copy that to /etc/cron.daily and set it to send email reports.

Since this is a Greyhole question, you will get more response if it was posted in the Greyhole topic area. Suggest you check the Greyhole web site as well for info.

Ah, my apologies! Was looking for the greyhole section, but obviously missed it.

Yup, see it now: Storage Pooling/Greyhole

id10t moment there.

Just tried your recommendation and will wait until midnight.

Many thanks!

No problem, just wanted to point it out :) The author often replies to that thread.
