Home Inventory Login Problem
Home Inventory Login Problem
Just installed the Home Inventory App. A password box comes up. None of my passwords work and I can't find mention of it in the forum or wiki? It is not the 'Require Login' password as I set that up trying to fix the problem and it works well. Any Advice?
Re: Home Inventory Login Problem
in the application installed page in your hda, http://hda/setup?sub=1&tab=apps
unfold/open that app and there should be "special instructions" for the app.
what sould be the best place where to put this?

I guess at least a note on the install page to look for the special instructions under the installed apps page. It was there but I had no reason to go there before trying it, or so I thought....
Re: Home Inventory Login Problem
agreed - only reason to go there is to uninstall ... so, yeah, we need to do something about this soon.

Thanks for pointing that out.
We have a new update that shows the special instructions immediately after the installation completes.
That's coming up probably this weekend.

I am not sure if this question has been posted before....
Is it possible to have a single sign-on for all applications?
It would be hard to keep up with individual user master records for each application....
