Linfo shows values of voltages and rpms x1000 to high

Postby amahivirtual » Tue Jun 14, 2011 2:29 pm

Hi there,
I work with the Amahi Linfo app (Version 1.8.1) on F14/Amahi 6.1. In config.inc.php I set " $settings['temps']['hwmon'] = true; " in order to get the rpms of the power and cpu fans as well as the voltages displayed, Well, it works somehow but most of the values are x1000 to high (see screenshot below):

When I compare the values displayed in Linfo to the output of "sensors" in the terminal:
$ sensors
atk0110-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
Vcore Voltage: +1.31 V (min = +0.85 V, max = +1.60 V)
+3.3 Voltage: +3.38 V (min = +2.97 V, max = +3.63 V)
+5 Voltage: +4.86 V (min = +4.50 V, max = +5.50 V)
+12 Voltage: +12.03 V (min = +10.20 V, max = +13.80 V)
CPU FAN Speed: 2490 RPM (min = 600 RPM)
CHASSIS FAN Speed: 0 RPM (min = 600 RPM)
POWER FAN Speed: 135000 RPM (min = 600 RPM)
CPU Temperature: +48.0 C (high = +60.0 C, crit = +95.0 C)
MB Temperature: +44.0 C (high = +45.0 C, crit = +75.0 C)

k10temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
temp1: +38.0 C (high = +70.0 C)
(crit = +99.5 C, hyst = +97.5 C)
So here seems everything in a quiet common range expect the power fan rpm.
So, my two questions are:
a) how could I make Linfo to display the correct values of voltages?
b) How could I receive the correct value of the power fan speed with "sensors"?

Just one side note to b): I work with a bequiet Pure Power L7 300W power supply, which has a max speed of 1350 rpm for the power fan.

Perhaps someone has a hint to work on a) or b) ?

Regards,
amahivirtual

Your best bet is to search the forums on the app web site. You might consider contacting the author as well.
