Video5 apache error

Video5 apache error

ok video5 work great till i have to encode a video then it spits out an error saying Apache user does not have write rights. also what does it do with the files when it does encode, does it make a new one or replace the old?? and is there any res change??

Have you searched the forums here? I am not familiar with this app, but I am sure someone will jump in and assist.
