eyeos / Problem with Apps / Email
Re: eyeos / Problem with Apps / Email
Hello,
Its best if you check the author's web site to see if there is anything that might help. The email does not work out of the box. You have to have to configure it to work with an existing mail server. Also, the apps may need to be installed within eyeOS.
Recommend you read the application documentation found at http://www.eyeos.org.
Keep in mind we support install/uninstall of the applications in Amahi, but not the actual functionality. We are a very small group of volunteers and are extremely busy making Amahi better.

Re: eyeos / Problem with Apps / Email
I have te same problem with installing apps by the appmanager.
The solution is this site: http://eyeos-apps.org/
Download the apps you like (in your native system), and in eyeos you can upload this files to the desktop and (rightclick) run them with appinstaller.
Good luck!
