I am interested in some applications that have been sitting in Upcoming Applications for sometime. When
will they be available for use?

MythTV backend may never make it to live. It's far from one-click. The one-click installer simplifies a lot but it still requires A LOT of manual and very technical work to make it work. This is something that we would get buried with requests for supporting it.

Clonezilla is also a rather complex app, not for the novice.

As for the others, yes we will bring them live as they are tested.

As I mentioned, we need help with testing these apps as well as rating them and organizing them. At the moment we're a bit short in terms or organizing all these apps, etc.

We already have a problem as well with too many apps. The feedback we have is that it confuses a lot of users. We need to devise better ways to search them and sort them.
