Opening Ampache to the internet

I have Ampache running and I can access it from other machines on my home network (including via Ampache Mobile on my Palm Pre). How do I open it up so that I can access it from outside my home network?

Or you can install Amahi Web-Apps proxy, and have access to all your apps from outside:
