Formerly working Ampache Server

The Ampache portion of my server has stopped functioning. I have tried uninstalling Ampache then reinstalling Ampache, this had no affect. Any Ideas on how to fix this would be helpful. The error message I get is the following:

Ampache :: Access Denied
