Amahi 7 express install doc draft

Hello!
We have been working on the install instructions for the Amahi 7 Express Disc install and we're excited to share them.
Can you review them and send feedback?

If you have a github account, feel free to fork it and send your feedback as a pull request or ask for being a collaborator in that repo.
Some things to note:
* we do not have a download location yet
* we have no URL for the install video yet (will do soon)
