Testing Amahi on Fedora 16

Postby aljachimiak » Thu Feb 23, 2012 8:55 am

Hi!
<edit> FYI - I'm M3nt_al in the IRC.

Just installed Fedora 16 and the f16.amahi.org repo last night.

It is currently running.

Notes;
- static IP at 192.168.1.14 as it is running on the same network as my primary HDA.
- Only a couple snags.
*Turning off DHCP wouldn't show in the GUI until I reboot the machine. After reboot, the GUI showed the red-light.
*Installed phpsysinfo. Clicking the app link from the 192.168.1.14 dashboard takes me to the phpsysinfo of my main HDA (192.168.1.10) I assume this is a DNS routing issue. I'll research changing the primary DNS an continue to work on it.

Anything specific you would like to see thrown at this machine?
Would you like to see any logs?

If it's on the same network as your real HDA, there will obviously be conflicts.

I don't know what the team needs, but try installing all the free apps and try them out to see what crashes.
