In settings, all boxes checked. The gateway is pointing to my router. My dns settings are pointing to dns service called blockless, for Netflix purposes.

Re: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
On the MacBook, the connection is pointing to 192.168.0.10 for the DNS server.
Looking at the DHCP leases page in Amahi, it's assigning itself the wrong IP...

Re: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
Confirmed it is off on the router.
Did the above procedure, shut down all clients, restart my network devices, then restarted hda.
ssh back into the box and performed nslookup hda again and got the same result. wrong ip.
is there a way to ssh the ip into the server?

Re: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
Name: hda.home.com
Address: 192.168.0.163
this doesn't look right. shouldn't that be .10?

Re: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
Your HDA DNS server is NOT working for local hostnames.
nslookup hda gave me :
nslookup hda
Server: 192.168.0.10
Address: 192.168.0.10#53
Name: hda.home.com
Address: 192.168.0.163

Re: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
Thanks for the reply. I did check the network trouble shooting and I ran the interactive troubleshooter from my Windows 10 desktop box. It's a DNS issue. tried to on the iMRC channel but didn't get a reply there and was getting late so I postponed the thing. I ran Amahi 6 for years, and was working ...

SOLVED: SSH hda vs OS X Yosemite
Just upgraded to Amahi 7.1. I can't access the web UI from my MacBook Yosemite using //hda, I have to use the IP. Same goes SSH, I have a connection refused using hda but successful using the ip. I run Windows 7 on Parallels and have the same with Putty. Works only with IP. On my Windows 10 desktop ...

Raid 0 on reinstall
Ok. Second post here, been lurking a lot. I'm at the point now that I all I wan't to do is reinstall Fedora 14 on my machine. I have a few issues that have been bugging me, and I 'm now running out of patience and /or knowledge. Here are my specs: ABIT NF7-S rev 2, Athlon 2600Xp, ATI X800, I'm runni...
