Not sure what the problem could be. Suggest you google installing gnome desktop to fedora 12. Might find some help there. Also, is your system updated with the latest Fedora 12 patches? That might be a cause. Since you are using nVidia card, you would need the RPMFusion repos to get the correct driv...

Have you checked the Amahi wiki? I recall seeing something there about your type of network setup.

If you have already installed Amahi and rebooted, close the web page. It reopens by default of FireFox.

The website eventually will show installed, but takes a bit some times. It is not critical that is says installed or running.
