Have it up and running on a Ubuntu test platform, installed in 5 min from the notes on there page. :) On ubuntu there is some odd things to take care of before you can run it. It took me some houres to fix. Also put it on de HDA and eaven easier than Ubuntu to install. :D I will put it on Amahi too...

Do you run the version of Sabnzbd installed by the 1-click installer? Check if it says Update available in the top left. If it does you should follow that link...

I have been running Sabnzbd, Sickbeard and Couchpotato for about six months now and it's been working great. I manually keep them up to date. For Sickbeard and Couchpotato it's quite easy since update support is part of the application. Sabnzbd requires a bit more manual work, but nothing to hard.

One option would be to add code for sending an email to you in the SabToSickbeard.py script. I really think this could/should/will be added to Sickbeard. So if you uninstall Transmission from the applications tab and then install it again it doesn't show up? Feels like it should. Prehaps the uninstall script fails due to the fact that it expects the folder to be there and thus the application never gets "uninstalled"? I don't have access to...

Prehaps a stupid question... But your are sure the mountpoints are mounted?
If you don't have it auto mounting during startup, you didn't do a reboot and forget to remount them?
