I was asking if you are able to make a Fedora Live CD bootable on a USB drive using Rawrite in order to determine if Rawrite is working for you at all.I have no issues with the Fedora Live CD. I can use UNetbootin and it works just fine. It's some issue with the Express CD.

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
I have tried a SanDisk and Imation flash drives. The image you made did not work for me either. My machine won't boot with them. I have successfully gotten it to boot using UNetbootin but then I get an error when it can't find the source files. Are you able to use Rawrite to make a bootable USB dri...

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
Cool. I don't know why, but Rawrite did not work for me either. It must be something with my configuration. Hard to say but if I am having trouble, sure bet others will. I'm sure you're right. What size flash drive are you using? Also, I used the thumbdrive to boot a second computer. I didn't go th...

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
For some reason the download does not finish. I have tried twice and it stops at 99%. Any ideas? EDIT: Switched to Firefox and added extension. I was then able to download successfully. I just uploaded it to Google Drive. I went to the store looking for a 2GB drive. They didn't have any. But I got ...

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
If it works, I'll find a 2GB drive and make a new image.

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
Thanks! Will check it out. Based on the download size I presume you used an 8GB flash drive. Is it possible to use a smaller one and then make the image? I would think 2GB would be ok. If not, I will make do with this one. Sorry, I don't have a smaller drive. I lost all of mine recently (clipped to...

Re: Found simple solution for USB install with Express CD
I used that tool to make an image an uploaded it here:

I'm not sure how well that tool preserves the format of the USB drive though.

[SOLVED] Old Greyhole drives in New Amahi 7 Server???
I just wiped my OS drive and installed Amahi 7. I have setup greyhole and added the drives to my fstab. The drives show up on the dashboard. I can browse to the drives from the cli, but the old data is not showing up in the shares. I should note that greyhole found a gh_settings.bak file and tried r...
